Gandhian and Social Activist Anna Hazare Admitted in a pune hospital for treatment and rest. He is suffering from osteoarthritis. Hazare went to hostpital to undergo routine check on Monday, admitted last night and administered an injection to relive the pain in his knee.
Doctors said Hazare has been undergoing regular treatment at Pune Hospital as he is suffering with his knee problem for a quite some time. They said he will be all right shortly to carry out his schedules. He is supposed to attend a meeting on May 2 in New Delhi of the Lokpal drafting Committe.
The 71-year-old Gandhian had earlier this month observed a 98-hour fast demanding that the government enact a strong anti-corruption law.
